This workshop will go over the basic MELT sequences using the MELT balls and rollers and introduce participants to the MELT Strength techniques. Experience with the MELT Method is not required, but participants should be able to get up and down from the floor.
The MELT Method® (MELT®) is a simple self-treatment that reduces chronic pain and helps you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. Just 10 minutes of MELT three times a week is all you need to begin reducing the effects of accumulated tension and stress caused by daily living.
MELT Strength targets key muscles of the spine, hips and shoulders to help participants identify inefficient movement patterns and strengthen the key stabilizers.
